1 1/2 lbs. Italian sausage
2 small onions chopped
1 can of tomato soup
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 large can of tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp marjoram
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 8oz. packaged of egg noodles cooked
3/4 lb. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Brown meant with onions and pour off the grease. Add soups, tomato sauce and seasonings. Cook slowly on the stove for 30 minutes then add the cooked noodles to the meat mixture. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan and top with the cheese. Bake for 1 hour covered with foil.
