1 unbaked 7 1/2-inch pastry shell
1/3 c. butter or margarine
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pie shell; chill. Heat butter and sugar in a small saucepan until butter is melted (do not boil). Cool slightly.
Beat eggs in a large bowl until frothy. Add vinegar, vanilla and butter-sugar mixture; mix well. Pour mixture into unbaked shell. Bake at 375 for 454 minutes or until center is almost set, but still soft.
