3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. diced bananas

Directions:

Sift all dry ingredients in large bowl. Add all other ingredients in order given. Stir just enough to mix (do not beat). Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until done.
