3-4 lbs. chuck roast
1 rib of celery (diced)
1 lg. onion (chopped)
1/2 green pepper (chopped)
1 bottle (14 oz.) catsup
2 tbsp. bottled barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cut water

Directions:

Cut meat in large pieces (trim the fat before cooking). Place in dutch oven. Combine all other ingredients and pour over the meat.

Heat to boiling; cover and simmer for 4 hrs. or until meat is tender.

Remove fat and shred meet with a fork. (If sauce is too "soupy", cook uncovered until right consistency to spoon on to a bun. If meet and sauce becomes too dry while cooking, add a little more water.
