1/4 cup salt
2 Tbsp pepper
1 Tbsp meat tenderizer
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp tumeric
1/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp curry
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp mixed spice (I use Hy's)
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp barbecue seasoning
4 cups flour

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and store in an air-tight container. Keeps indefinitely and is enough to prepare many meals.

Rinse chicken pieces (I use boneless breasts) in warm water, then dip in a mixture of 1 egg to 1 cup of water. Coat well with seasoned flour, then dip in egg mix again and flour a second time. Pan fry until lightly browned, then bake in oven at 300º for 1 - 1.5 hours.
