4 slices bacon, chopped
3 c. potato, cubed
1 can chicken broth (or 1 1/2 c. water with 2 chicken boullion cubes)
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 package frozen corn
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 T. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 c. miracle whip

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon and set aside. Stir in potatoes, broth, corn, onion and celery. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer until potatoes are tender. Mix flour and miracle whip together and gradually add milk. Add potato mixture. Cook 3 - 5 minutes. Sprinkle with bacon and parsley.
