1 pound sausage (Bob Evans mild sausage)
1 stick butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup warm water
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup English walnuts
1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Soak raisins in warm water 15 minutes. Cream butter, sausage and sugar together mix well. Add spices and eggs slightly beaten. Drain raisins and save water. Add soda to water. Alternate flour, water, raisins and nuts. Mix well. Line loaf pan with foil. Pour mixture into foil. bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
