3 cups vegetables, chopped to approximately the same size
1 cup chopped meat, chicken, or fish
1/2 cup sliced scallions
stir fry sauce
cooked rice
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in a large saute pan. When oil is hot, add the meat, poultry, or fish. Cook until fully cooked; remove to a bowl. If needed, heat a bit more oil in the skillet; cook vegetables until crisp-tender, stirring to keep from sticking to pan. Add stir fry sauce & meat to pan; stir to combine. Serve over hot cooked rice.
