1 1/2 lb. round steak, sirloin steak, or skinless, boneless chicken breast
1 clove garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped small
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into thin strips (if partially frozen, meat is easier to cut); set aside.
Heat oil in a skillet. Saute onion & garlic over medium heat in hot oil. Turn up heat & add half of the meat slices. When cooked, remove meat to a bowl. Add more oil , if needed, & cook the rest of the meat. Put all meat in skillet; stir in remaining ingredients. Cook a few minutes more.
