3 Tbsp. bacon grease1 lb. lean ground beef
2 medium onions, diced
2 medium bell peppers, diced
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup drained & chopped canned tomatoes
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Minute Rice
2 cups frozen corn kernels
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. bottlerd hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the bacon grease in a skillet. Add the ground beef, onion, & bell peppers; cook until beef is brown. Drain any excess fat. Add remaining ingredients to skillet; mix well. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish. Cover & bake 45 minutes at 350º, stirring once or twice during baking.
