5 crackers, soaked in water until soft
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
4 eggs
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
salt & pepper, as desired

Directions:
Directions:
Use your hands to squeeze the water from the crackers. Mix the crackers with the remaining ingredients well. Roll into walnut-size meatballs. Place on cookie sheet & bake at 350º until brown.
to serve, heat spaghetti sauce in a large pan. Add meatballs; simmer 3 hours.
Serve meatballs with sauce over cooked spaghetti noodles.
