1(1.5 fluid oz.) jigger citron vodka
1/2 fluid oz. Blue Curacao
2 fluid oz. sour mix
1 (12 oz.) can or bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage (Sprite, 7-Up)
1 lemon - cut into wedges (for garnish)

Fill a glass with ice. Pour in vodka, blue curacao and sour mix. Fill to the top with lemon-lime soda. Garnish with lemon wedge and serve with a straw.
