2 1/4 cup granulated sugar
3 medium eggs
1 cup canola oil
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
Glaze:
1/4 cup orange juice
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring

Directions:

Spray a large Bundt pan with nonstick baking spray; set aside. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, cream the sugar & eggs. Add the oil & beat well. In a medium bowl, combine the milk, vanilla, almond extract, & butter flavoring; set aside. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, & poppy seeds together. Add the flour mixture alternately with the milk mixture to the sugar mixture, beating well. Pour batter into the prepared Bundt pan. Bake 1 hour. Meanwhile, make the glaze by heating the orange juice & sugar in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves. Mix in the flavorings. When the cake is out of the oven & has cooled 5 minutes, pour the glaze over the cake.
