1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 lg. eggs
2 c. all purpose flour
1 TSR. baking soda
1/4 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
2 lg. ripe bananas
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:

pre heat oven to 325º
grease loaf pan or pans
pour into pans and bake for 50-60 minutes
