1 cup lukewarm water
2 (1/4 oz.each) pkts. yeast

Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm (about 110º) water. Next, use a wooden spoon to combine all ingredients well. Put in a clean bowl or container (not metal) that is at least twice as big as the dough. Cover with plastic wrap & refrigerate. Let the dough rise to at least double. To make biscuits, pinch off enough dough to make a biscuit & drop the dough onto a greased cookie sheet. Dough will be sticky. Repeat, allowing about 2 inches between biscuits. Place cookie sheet in 400º oven & bake until golden, about 20 minutes. Re-cover & refrigerate unused dough until needed; will keep 2 weeks in refrigerator..
