1 package of tortillas
1 T margarine
1/2 c onions, chopped
1 garlic, diced
4 oz green chillies, drained
1/2 c sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c chicken breasts, cooked and cubed (without skin)
1 c (4oz) cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c milk
lettuce
tomatoes, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Melt margarine. Cook onion and garlic until tender. Stir in green chillies, sour cream and soup; mix well. Reserve 3/4 c sauce; set aside. Stir in chicken and 1/2 c cheese to remaining sauce in skillet. Warm tortillas. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture; roll up. Place seam side down in ungreased baking dish. Combine reserved sauce and milk; spoon over tortillas. Top with remaining 1/2 c cheese. Bake 30-35 minutes or until bubbly. Garnish with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes if desired. Makes 8-10 enchiladas.
