1 lb Flank Steak
1/2-3/4 cup Sweet Soy Sauce - to marinate flank steak
2 tsp Heavy Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2-3 cans While Water Chestnuts
Toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
1. Partially freeze flank steak flat (*put in freezer for about 2 hours, should not be rock solid). Slice flank steak very thinly in strips.
2. Put flank steak in marinade of Sweet Soy Sauce, salt & pepper, garlic powder and Heavy Sesame Oil. Marinate for at least 3 hours, overnight is best.
3. Take flank stead strips and wrap around water chestnuts (1 per strip) and skewer with toothpick to fasten.
4. Broil 2-4 minutes (depending on how you like your steak) then flip. Broil another 2-4 minutes. Serve hot.
