3 c cranberries
1 c sugar
1 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and pick over cranberries. Set aside. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar and boil for 5 minutes. Add cranberries, bring to a boil, reduce heat and boil gently until skin pops (about 5 minutes). Let it cool (sauce will thicken). Store in a covered container in fridge for up to 2 weeks. Makes about 2.5 cups.
