1 cans black beans, undrained
1 c chicken broth
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 jar chunky salsa
4 tsp lime juice
2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1/3 c plain yogurt or sour cream (optional)
fresh cilantro leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Puree 1 can of beans in a blender. Cook the onion and garlic. Add pureed beans and the other can, salsa, lime juice, cumin, flakes. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for 25-30 minutes. Serve with yogurt/sour cream and cilantro.
