Ingredients:
Properly cooked Japanese or sushi rice
salt in a shaker
bowl of water
filling of choice (hoisin chicken is awesome)
cover of choice (dried seaweed)

Directions:
Directions:
In a tea cup (~ size of ball), place water and line with plastic wrap (hang over the sides) and secure along the edges. Sprinkle the inside of the plastic wrap with water (shake off the excess). Sprinkle the sides with salt, fill the cup with rice, poke a hole in the middle and fill with filling, lightly press the rice over the filling. Gather up the edges of the plastic wrap, squeeze the air out, shape into ball or triangle. Put nori on bottom afterwards.

Can also wet palms, sprinkle palms with salt and shape rice in hands - this will sting.
