2.5 c flour
2.5 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp each crushed herbs to flavor: oregano, basil
1 12 oz can (1.5 c) beer
1 c shredded cheese (feta, cheddar)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 8x4x2 inch or 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl then add cheese and beer. Stir until just combined - it should still be lumpy. Pour into the pan, bake at 375º for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes after baking, then remove from the pan.
