1.5 c flour
3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs (beaten)
1 c milk
3 tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk and melted butter. Mix dry and wet, adding more milk to thin (makes the waffles more tender but also more likely to stick). Heat waffle iron and add 1 tbsp of batter at a time. Close and leave until it stops steaming. [First may take longer and stick].
