1 pound ground beef
1 package Taco Seasoning mix
1 15 ounce can tomato sauce
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
3 cups twisted macaroni, cooked
1 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, drain. Add seasoning, tomato sauce and green pepper. Boil and remove from heat. Combine macaroni, sour cream and 1/2 cheese. Pour on bottom of greased casserole dish. Top with meat and finish with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

You can double this and freeze on for later!
