2 pounds ground beef or turkey
1 onion, chopped
2 .5 ounce package Ranch style dressing mix
1 1 1/4 packages taco seasoning packages
1 16 ounce can black beans, drained
1 16 ounce can kidney beans, undrained
1 16 ounce can pinto beans
1 16 ounce can diced tomatoes with chiles, undrained
1 16 ounce can tomato wedges, undrained
2 16 ounce cans white corn (I use shoepeg corn)
2 cups water

For Garnish:
Sour cream
chopped green onion
cheddar cheese
Tortilla Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat and onion together until browned. Drain. Stir in dressing and taco mixes. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 2 hours. If mixture is to thick, add water.
