1 stick of margarine
1-1/2 Tablespoons of cocoa
3 cups powdered sugar ( 1-lb. box)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Directions:
In a small mixer bowl. Put melted margarine and cocoa in and mix together. Add powdered sugar and sour cream little at a time. if too thick, add more sour cream or a little milk. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix well. Enough frosting to ice a two layer cake.
