2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
3/4 Tsp. Kosher Salt, divided
3/4 Cup Butter, unsalted, divided
1 Cup Whole Milk
1 (8oz) pkg Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Tsp Dried Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt 1/2 cup of the butter in microwave for approx. 30 seconds . Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl combine flour, baking powder, sugar, garlic and 1/2 tsp. salt and whisk until combined. Add melted butter and milk and whisk just until the flour is wet. Do not overmix.Add cheese and fold in with a spoon.
Drop heaping spoonfuls onto baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown.
Meanwhile melt remaining 1/4 cup of butter in a small mixing bowl, microwaving approx. 30 seconds. Add 1/4 tsp. salt and parsley and stir.
Remove biscuits from oven and brush with melted butter mixture.
Makes approx. 18 biscuits
