1 Cup White Sugar
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
3 Bananas, mashed
2 Cups Flour
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Cup Orange Juice
1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and fill a loaf pan ( 9x5x2 1/2)
Bake at 350º for 1 hour 10 minutes
Cover in saran and tin foil for freezing and storage
