1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth. Place spoonful into center of each crepe; roll crepe and place in baking dish...side-by-side. Cover with foil and put in 325º oven for 15 minutes. Place warmed crepe(s) on serving plate and top with fresh fruit or cooked fruit sauce.

Filling can be made ahead of time and stored in covered container in refrigerator until ready to use.
