Rotisserie Chicken ( Breast meat) shredded
Goat Cheese 8oz. crumbled
Roasted Red or Green peppers
Persian Lime Olive Oil
butter 1/4 cup
Parmesan or Asiago Cheese
Half and half 1/2 cup
Seasoning: salt, pepper, garlic, basil, Italian seasoning
Angel Hair Pasta ( follow package directions)

Directions:
Sautee cooked chicken, cooked peppers, half and half, butter, seasoning, and goat cheese in a skillet. Make pasta according to package directions. Pour ingredients from skillet over pasta. Drizzle lime olive oil over pasta. Top with parmesan or asiago cheese.
