One can Rotel Tomatoes (original)
Velveeta Cheese; half a block
Milk; couple tablespoons
Cooked sausage crumbled ( optional)

Directions:
Directions:
If you don't like tomato chunks, Use blender or equivalent to purée the can of rotel. Using a glass bowl place rotel, 1/2 block of cheese and 2 tablespoons of milk in bowl; cover bowl with napkin or plate and microwave for 3 minutes. Stir and heat more until melted and combined. You can adjust the portions to your preference for thickness and spicy-ness. If you use sausage, cook it in crumbles and add after dip is melted and combined.
If you don't have a microwave you can heat ingredients Ina double boiler.
Serve with tortilla or corn chips of choice
