6 Cups cooked chicken

1 Can cream of chicken soup

salt & pepper to taste

1 roll of Ritz crackers

1 stick of butter (melted)

1 cup sour cream

Juice from 1/2 lemon



Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, juice and salt and pepper in a bowl and place in an ungreased casserole dish. Crush crackers and mix with melted butter. Sprinkle on top for crust.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, uncovered.



(Now sometimes I add broccoli or any kind of veggie you want....I also add other spices if you would like...Sal likes when I add some cajun spices to it)...Enjoy!
