2 envelopes gelatin
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 t. salt
2 c. ginger ale
2 c. orange sections
2/3 c. pecans, chopped
cottage cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Soften gelatin in lemon juice in glass measuring cup set in a pan of boiling water. Combine with sugar, salt, orange juice and ginger ale. Chill stirring often until consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Fold in orange sections and nuts. Pour into ring mold. Chill until firm. Unmold and fill center with cottage cheese. Garnish with orange slices.
