1 tb vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 cup dark syrup
1tb baking soda
1 lb dipping chocolate
Directions:
Directions:
Cook vinegar, sugar, and syrup to hard crack stage (252º)
remove from heat and stir in 1 tb baking soda quickly into mixture.
Pour immediately into buttered cake pan.
Butter pan generously so hardened candy will slip out easily with aid of spatula. When cool, remove from pan, crack into pieces.
Melt chocolate over hot but not boiling water,
dip candy piece's into melted chocolate or brush chocolate on
