1 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. sugar
8 Tbsp. butter
3 large eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. quick cook oats
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. plain M&M's
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix peanut butter, butter and sugars with mixer until creamy. Mix in eggs one at a time, and vanilla. Mix in oats and baking soda. Stir in chocolate chips and M&M's by hand.
Spoon out onto ungreased baking sheet. You can add a few extra M&M's to the tops of the cookies (can't have too many of those). Bake for 10-12 minutes. Do not over bake.
