1 (6 oz,) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. golden brown sugar (packed)
4 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chocolate, water and sugar in top of double broiler. Heat over simmering water until chocolate is melted. Beat until smooth. Cool.
Beat yolks with vanilla; stir into chocolate mixture. Beat whites until stiff. Fold chocolate mixture into whites. Spoon into individual serving dishes and chill 3 hours before serving.
Serve topped with whipped cream and a strawberry or sliced almonds.
