2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. sifted flour
4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add flour, baking powder with milk and vanilla. Pour in greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
