3 cans of chicken breast meat (drained)
OR 4 fully cooked chicken breasts cut in cubes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crumbled
2 Tbsp. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients together and spread evenly in a 9x13 casserole dish. Mix cracker crumbs and poppy seeds in a bowl and sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

When I'm really organized, I have this mixed up and in my frig. When I get home, I preheat the oven, sprinkle on the cracker mixture and throw it in the oven. Easy and delicious. This came from my Aunt Pat Elliott Tait. She is a wonderful cook!
