10-12 Jalapeņo Peppers and Banana Peppers
1 pkg. Queso Quesadera Mexican White Cheese
1 pkg. Bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Cut top off peppers - Hollow out pulp and membrane from peppers.
Cut strips of Mexican white cheese and stuff liberally into cavity of peppers. Take 1 strip of bacon and wrap around pepper. Secure with toothpick. Thread peppers with a metal skewer through the middle of each pepper. Lay skewer across a 9 x 5 loaf pan so that peppers are hanging over the loaf pan. Juices will drain in to the loaf pan as peppers bake. Bake in 375 oven for 30-40 minutes until bacon is cooked and brown. Let cool 5 minutes and serve.
