- 2 banana, cut into chunks
- 1 Cup fat-free milk
- 1/2 Cups frozen unsweetened blueberries
- 1/2 Cups frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 2/3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/3 tbsp honey

1. In a blender, combine the banana, milk, blueberries, strawberries, peanut butter, and honey.
2. Process about 1 minute, or until the consistency of a thick milkshake.
