1 rotisserie chicken, meat removed and chopped
1 bottle of green enchilada sauce (La Victoria)
Parsley or cilantro
Seasoning (garlic powder, salt, pepper, chili powder)
1 can refried beans
1 can regular/red enchilada sauce (premium)
Flour tortillas
Shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, enchilada sauce, and seasonings in a bowl. Spread some enchilada sauce on bottom of pan. Spread a couple of tablespoons of refried beans down the middle of flour tortilla. Fill with chicken mixture and roll and place in pan. Pour more enchilada sauce over top and top with cheese. Bake 350º COVERED for 15 minutes, then UNCOVER and bake an additional 5-10 minutes.
