Double Crusted Peach Cobbler Recipe

Crust -
2 Pillsbury Pie Crusts (found in refrigerated section of store)
Filling -
4 T Butter (Plus more to dot the crust)
1/2 C sugar plus more for sprinkling
1/2 C water
1/2 t. nutmeg
Pinch salt
3 T flour
3 T heavy cream
10 Ripe peaches cut into slices (Pitted and peeled) or 4 C frozen peaches

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large saute pan over medium heat. Add the sugar and water and cook until sugar is dissolved. Add nutmeg, salt, peaches and flour and cook for 5 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place 1/2 peach mixture in bottom of buttered 9 x 13 Pyrex. Top the peaches with 1 layer of pie crust. Place on baking sheet and bake until the crust is light golden brown. Remove from the oven and top the crust with remaining peaches and cover with the other crust. Brush the top with heavy cream, sprinkle with sugar and dot with small pieces of butter.
Return to oven to bake. Bake until top crust is 'bubbly and oozing.
Let cool for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before cutting and serving.
