1 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
garlic
1 can tomato sauce
Lasagne
1 egg
1 small carton cottage cheese
Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain. Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Add tomato sauce and simmer.
Boil lasagna for 10 min. Add cold water until lasagna can be handled. Do not drain!
Mix egg in cottage cheese. Grease baking dish and arrange the bottom with parallel layers of lasagna. Cover with meat sauce, then cottage cheese and piece of mozzarella cheese. Cover with another layer of lasagna, sauce and cheese and continue until all is used up. Top should be meat sauce with cheese. Bake in 350º oven for 35-40 minutes. Cool and serve.
