14oz bag of caramels
2/3 cup evaporated milk
German chocolate cake mix w/pudding
1/2 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
6-12oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk on low heat and set aside

Mix rest of milk, cake mix and butter

Press 1/2 cake mix into a greased pan and bake 6 minutes

Sprinkle with chocolate chips and 1 cup nuts onto cake

Top with rest of cake mix and rest of nuts and gently press

Bake 350 for 20 minutes

Cool & refrigerate
