2 boneless pork chops
1/2 t. seasoned salt
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. dried parsley
2 t. butter, softened
2 t. mayonnaise
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350º

2) Place pork chops in a baking pan. Spread 1 t. of butter over each chop, then spread 1 t. of mayonnaise over butter. Season each one with seasoning salt, garlic powder and parsley. Sprinkle 1/4 c. cheese over the top of each pork chop.

3) Bake 35 minutes in preheated oven, or until the internal temperature of the chops has reached 145 º.

This was scaled back to 2 servings - adjust ingredients accordingly to make more than 2. Very moist and tasty.
