3 egg whites, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. conf. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
semi-sweet chocolate (or strawberries)
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites and sugar. Fold in conf. sugar. Bake in ungreased pie plate at 300* for 1 hour. Cool. Whip cream and spread over pie. Top with shaved chocolate or crushed strawberries before serving.
