2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1/8 t. salt
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk. Beat eggs slightly, add sugar, salt and milk. Strain into unbaked pie crust and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 400* for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350* until filling puffs or knife comes out clean.
