Crust:
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. butter
2 T. sour cream

Filling:
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. flour
1/3 c. sour cream
4 peaches, peeled & sliced

Crust:
Blend all ingredients until they form a ball - pat out into a buttered pie plate. Bake at 425* for 10 minutes.

Filling:
Beat egg yolks slightly; combine with sugar, flour and sour cream. Peel and slice peaches and arrange in crust. Pour filling over peaches. Cover with foil. Reduce the oven to 350* and bake for 35 minutes. Remove the foil and bake 10 minutes more until filling is set.
