3/4 c. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
1/4 t. salt
2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 T. butter
1 t. vanilla
3 bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt and milk in top of double boiler. Cook until it starts to thicken. Add a little of the hot mixture into the beaten eggs and return to double boiler. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla. Cut up the bananas into the bottom of a baked pie shell. Pour pudding mixture over. Chill.
