2 squares (1 oz. each) chocolate
2 T. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 t. salt
2 1/2 c. hot milk
3 egg yolks (or 2 eggs), beaten
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler. Add flour, sugar and salt to chocolate mixture. Slowly pour in hot milk. Cook 15 minutes. Add beaten egg yolks and cook a few minutes longer. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell. Use egg whites for meringue if desired.
