1 Box Devil's Food Cake Mix
1 Jar Caramel Topping
1 Can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Container Cool Whip
1 Package Heath Bar Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake according to the package directions. While the cake is still warm, use the end of a knife or wooden spoon to poke holes in the top of the cake. Pour the can of Eagle Brand over the top and then the jar of caramel. When cake is completely cool, frost with Cool Whip and sprinkle Heath Bar bits on top.
